The Astrolabe Chapter 2“Where am I?”
The strangeness of the place became quite evident as her voice echoed, somewhere far off in the distance. Part of her was curious, wishing to further explore this odd dreamland where she’d ‘awoken’, but another pat of her whispered bad things about it.
Scary things.
Part of her recognized that she may in fact be nothing more than dreaming, in which case she was perfectly safe. After all, you couldn’t die in your dreams, right? It was impossible- you always woke up right before you died.
She supposed the easiest way to figure it out would be to test The Astrolabe Chapter 2

The AstrolabeThe Astrolabe floated through time and space, constantly at movement, though everything within it was timeless and still, frozen in its place, and unable to change much from its original form. In this way, knowledge of the stars and the past, present, and future was preserved. Never was anything lost, but always things were added.

It was like a bubble in time and space- a dome of stillness that rarely changed, just hanging there. Shelves stood everywhere on one side of the Astrolabe. Within them was knowledge of the past, updated to the very last second before the book had been opened. Strange devices, ranging from compasses to The Astrolabe

Hi! My name's Vega- as in the star constellation-ish thignie, my mum is an astro freak- pronounced Vay-guh!
Um... I'm pretty new here, and an old friend that I had lost touch with told me about this palce! She's on here, somewheres...
But anyways, those of you who are my freinds, Rommel101 and Dragoninthedungeon, you guys are awesome, and I hope I'll be talking to you soon- kinda busy, see,
I just turned 18 three months ago, but already I have bad credit because my identity was stolen by a doctor's office desk lady (how sweet, right?) I have to fix that....
We are currently trying to get all my papers and stuff sent in to Equa whatever so they can identify that she did in fact steal my ss number and use it to open accounts and overdraw them...
But, anyways, um- this place is very, very cool!
And I am so excited, Rommel101 about Chapter 5! and 6!
I can't wait!
I hope to see you Dragoninthedungeon in Angel______ soon!

It means "The poison's in the tail" in reference to scorpions. They're really interesting... or I am really wierd. I was born under Libra and Scorpio, so...
